Depois de cozido, limpar de espinhas e peles e reservar. Reservar também a água cozeu o peixe.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Depois fazer um refogado com a cebola, os alhos picados, a folha de louro, e o azeite. Quando a cebola estiver quase frita acrescentar os tomates sem pele nem sementes partidos aos bocadinhos, duas colheres de sobremesa de calda de pimentão, o vinho branco e uma pitada de pimenta, tapar e deixar apurar mexendo de vez em quando. Quando o refogado estiver apurado, retire a folha de louro.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Junte ao preparado anterior a água da cozedura do tamboril na quantidade que ache suficiente para cozer a quantidade de arroz pretendida, de forma a que fique com algum caldo. Levar ao lume, e quando estiver a ferver acrescentar o arroz. &lt;br /&gt;Rectifique o sal e deixe cozinhar. Tem a folha pequenina e redonda.&lt;br /&gt;Aqui fica a receita! Não fiz foto...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2oo gramas de beldroegas (só as folhas)&lt;br /&gt;2 ovos&lt;br /&gt;4 batatas&lt;br /&gt;1 tomate&lt;br /&gt;1 cebola&lt;br /&gt;azeite e sal q.b.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Faça um refogado com o tomate e a cebola bem picados. Aloure no azeite e junte água, até metade da panela.&lt;br /&gt;Quando ferver junte as batatas cortadas às rodelas. Deixe ferver 10 minutos. Parta um ovo de cada vez e junte ao caldo. Deixe ferver mais 10 minutos. Prove de sal e rectifique!&lt;br /&gt;Está pronto! Corte pequenas sopas de pão alentejano num prato fundo e deite o caldo por cima!
